                    "intro": "职位描述：一、成本体验优化与效率管理1、负责审核及服务人力的生产力管理，平衡成本/效率/风险/体验、人员利用效率及成本；2、负责团队话务量预测、人力需求预测、排班拟合、现场调度等模块的统筹规划，与合作团队建立强有力合作关系，推动资源有效供给；3、持续推动生产管理数据体系建设，人力预测、现场预警、智能调度等工具完善，推进生产力体系全面数智化，助力业务管理提效；4、建立实时预警调度机制，为异常业务提供实时预警、当前解决方案，并及时复盘，分析推动改善； 5、能定期输出现场管理诊断报告，分析看到可改善的机会点，识别瓶颈，推行精益生产方法（如6σ、5S）减少资源浪费，提升服务产能及服务体验；6、协调技术团队引入智能化工具（如AI客服、自动化工单分配系统），优化人机协作模式。二、资源协调与成本控制1、统筹客服中心的人力、设备及技术资源，动态调整排班计划与任务分配，平衡高峰期的服务需求与成本；2、监控运营成本（如人力成本、系统维护费用），制定预算并优化资源配置，确保降本增效目标达成。职位要求1、本科以上学历；2、大型客服中心（＞500席规模）2年及以上的运营经验，熟悉客服中心运作模式和特点； 3、熟练使用Excel、BI工具分析运营数据；4、有良好的逻辑思维能力和想象力，善于系统性思考并使用创新性思维解决问题，学习能力强；5、通过协同拿结果的能力强，能成熟处理协作障碍和问题，有数据项目推动能力，并擅长于资源整合。",
